Role Overview We are seeking a Media Monitoring Executive to join our team, responsible for systematically tracking, selecting, and categorizing client-related news and conversations across various social media platforms.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely content uploads to CARMA’s portal in line with each client’s specific requirements, maintaining consistency in classification standards, relevance, and reporting accuracy to support actionable insights and client deliverables.
Roles and Responsibilities • Monitor and track client news on different social media platforms based on client briefs and requirements.
• Develop and optimize search queries based on client requirements to ensure precise data collection.
• Categorize items (sentiment/topics analysis) according to client requirements, following the briefing document and the understanding of the client requirements.
• Deliver real-time alerts to clients following briefing documents.
• Create social media reports and coded data sheets, as per the client's requirements.
• Upload relevant media coverage to CARMA’s portal, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Verify the accuracy and relevance of data before submission to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with new and existing monitoring tools to enhance tracking efficiency.
• Adhere to CARMA’s policies and procedures while contributing to the company’s mission and vision.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Up to one year of experience.
Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
Research skills.
