Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain document control procedures according to company standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage the document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
  • Ensure all documents are properly indexed, stored, and accessible through our document management system.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure document control processes meet their needs.
  • Train employees on document control procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our document management system and processes.
  • Maintain 95–100% compliance with ISO 9001 or industry standards.
  • Eliminate versioning errors in critical technical records
