About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and customer acquisition engine. You won’t just manage campaigns—you will own the full marketing ecosystem, ensuring every channel works together to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. You are the “growth architect” of the academy, turning strategy into measurable results.
The Daily "Momentum": Your Core Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve high-level strategy and hands-on execution of the following:
• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Developing quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with enrollment targets and revenue goals. Setting KPIs and tracking performance across all channels.
• Campaign Management: Owning the full lifecycle of campaigns—from idea to launch to optimization (digital ads, social media, email marketing, and offline promotions).
• Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Monitoring conversion rates and collaborating with the sales team to improve closing performance.
• Content & Brand Oversight: Supervising content creation (social media, ads, website, print materials) to ensure consistency, quality, and brand voice alignment.
• Performance Marketing & Analytics: Monitoring paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), analyzing data, managing budgets, and optimizing ROI.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Staying ahead of competitors by identifying trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
• Events & Partnerships Marketing: Planning and promoting academy events, launches, and strategic collaborations to expand reach and visibility.
• Customer Retention Marketing: Building loyalty campaigns and engagement strategies to increase renewals and lifetime value.
