We are looking to hire an E-Commerce Senior Manager who shall be responsible for developing and growing online sales channels to maximize digital revenue for blanket and textile products. This role leads online marketplaces, company webstore, digital marketing, pricing, promotions, and customer experience, ensuring strong brand presence, profitability, and customer retention.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:1. E-Commerce Strategy & Growth:Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with commercial objectives. Grow sales through: company website, and social channels. Define online product assortment, bundles, and seasonal campaigns. Drive penetration in B2C and B2B online channels.
2. Online Sales & Performance Management:Own P&L of e-commerce channel. Manage pricing, discounts, flash sales, and promotions. Analyze conversion rates, traffic, and basket size. Optimize product listings.
3. Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation:Manage paid ads. Oversee influencer & affiliate marketing. Improve organic traffic.
4. Customer Experience & Retention:Improve website and checkout flow. Manage customer service. Implement loyalty programs & CRM campaigns. Reduce returns and complaints.
5. Operations & Fulfillment:Coordinate with: Supply chain for stock availability and delivery. Ensure order fulfillment accuracy, delivery time optimization and returns management. Track analytics using CRM, marketplace dashboards. Lead automation initiatives. Benchmark competitors & global best practices. Handle any other tasks related to the role.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing. MBA preferred.12–15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles. Strong exposure to textile / blankets / FMCG / Retail. Proven experience in online sales and digital marketing. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. High integrity, independence, and analytical capability.
