High-Retention Reels Editor & Motion Designer (Premium F&B)
Location: Kafr El-Sheikh (In-house) Type: Full-time At Alfolk Agency (شركة الفلك), we create premium, fast, modern content for restaurants & cafés. We don’t ship “average.” We ship scroll-stopping. If you can make people keep watching after the first 2 seconds, and you’re fast without sacrificing quality—this role is for you. What you’ll do Edit high-retention Reels/Tik Toks (hook-first structure, pacing, captions, SFX, clean cuts). Produce motion graphics for offers & promos (kinetic typography / 2D). Create multiple creative variations from one concept (different hooks, angles, edits) for testing. Maintain a clean workflow (project organization, proxies, versioning, exports). Perform strict quality control before delivery (color, audio, typography, platform specs). What we’re looking for Strong showreel/portfolio (required). Solid editing skills in Premiere + Cap Cut (After Effects is a big plus). Great eye for modern premium/minimal aesthetic and typography on screen (Arabic/English). Speed + discipline: you can deliver quickly, iterate fast, and handle feedback professionally. Comfortable working in-house in Kafr El-Sheikh. Nice to have Experience with restaurant/café content. Sound design awareness (levels, clarity, punch). Template/preset building mindset to increase speed without lowering quality. What success looks like (first 30–60 days) Consistent delivery on time with clean versioning. Noticeably stronger hooks, pacing, and caption readability.
