‏⁦Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our Sales Team. The role focuses on advising clients, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Provide professional real estate advice to clients and understand their needs. Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into successful sales. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients. Close sales and leasing deals in line with company policies. Coordinate contracts and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain and update CRM records and client database. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations. Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems.
