Role Description This is a full-time, on-site District Manager role located in Bani Mazar. The District Manager will oversee and execute regional sales strategies, manage a team of professionals, and drive overall sales performance in alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring sales goals, analyzing market trends, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The role also involves coaching and mentoring sales representatives to achieve exceptional results and fostering collaboration to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications Leadership and team management skills to supervise and guide sales teams effectively. Sales strategy development and execution, with a focus on pharmaceutical products and market growth. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with stakeholders and clients. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze market trends and drive data-based decisions. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, especially in CNS and infertility fields, is an asset. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a relevant field; additional certifications in sales or management are a plus. Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
