  • Develop new and optimized Resin formulations.
  • Plan and execute lab experiments; analyze results and issue technical reports.
  • Run pilot and production trials, support scale-up, and fix formulation or process issues.
  • Evaluate and approve raw materials and alternative suppliers; run comparative studies.
  • Prepare and maintain TDS, SDS/MSDS, QC specs, and lab documentation.
  • Collaborate with Production, QC, Procurement, and Sales/Marketing.
  • Support customer complaints, including site visits when needed.
