Prepare, monitor, and control cost budgets. Track actual costs versus planned budgets and perform variance analysis. Ensure accurate cost allocation across cost centers and departments. Analyze all cost elements including:o Materialso Laboro Overheadso Operating expenses. Prepare and review monthly cost control and analysis reports. Support management in pricing activities and cost calculations. Monitor cost trends and highlight any deviations or risks. Coordinate closely with:o Accounting teamo Procuremento Planningo Supply Chaino Sales and Operations. Support cash flow planning related to cost commitments. Recommend cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Supervise and review the work of junior cost accountants (if applicable). Support internal and external audits related to cost and financial data.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum 10 years of experience in Cost Control / Cost Accounting. Strong background in:o Cost accountingo Budgeting and forecastingo Variance analysis. Solid understanding of cost structures and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar). Excellent Excel and reporting skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Very good command of English.
