Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Technical Manager at Solaire Egypt, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Solar Technical Manager will oversee the technical performance of renewable energy projects, manage technical teams, and provide expert guidance in project development and implementation. Responsibilities include conducting research and development, offering technical support, leading project planning and delivery, and ensuring optimal performance of installed systems. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

Strong Project Management and Team Management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution. Proficiency in Technical Support and Research and Development (R&D) to address challenges and drive innovation in solar energy solutions. Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making in complex technical scenarios. Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in renewable energy or solar projects is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site at the Qesm 2nd 6 October location and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
