Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist, located in Markaz El Zaqaziq. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and coordinate benefits administration. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with employment laws, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and working as a trusted advisor for management and employees on HR matters.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relations Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus5+ years of experience in a similar HR role is preferred
