Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Training & Performance Supervisor to join Rosemary Paris.
This role is responsible for training, coaching, and monitoring sales staff performance across all branches to ensure excellence in customer service, product knowledge, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Train and coach sales team members on product knowledge, customer service standards, and sales techniques.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance and in-store behavior.
Conduct regular branch visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Provide continuous feedback and improvement plans for sales staff.
Deliver structured training sessions and workshops
Ensure proper presentation and communication of fragrance products.
Hold regular performance meetings with Sales Managers and HR Manager.
Submit detailed performance and evaluation reports.
Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales training or retail supervision (preferably in cosmetics or fragrances).
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel between branches.
Strong personality with high attention to detail.
