Billing Administrator is responsible for coordinating the complete process of verifying and processing customer case and work order closures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for efficient revenue recognition. The role addresses complex exceptions by investigating and resolving discrepancies, maintaining data integrity, and integrating seamlessly with financial systems. The role serves as a primary contact with the Customer Care Centre for complex billing inquiries, collaborates with the Contracts Team for accurate cost allocation, and monitors overdue cases for timely resolution. The role drives process improvements, resolves invoice disputes with Accounts Receivable, and ensures accurate issuance of time and materials (T&M) and contract invoices.
Your Role:
Preventive Maintenance schedule per equipment to be sent out to customers via fax for all contracted install base at the beginning of the contractual year.
Preventive Maintenance schedule equipment to be sent out to customers via fax for all install base under warranty or extended warranty at the time of handover.
Schedule visits to get the acceptance and a signature on the end of contract certificate for the UPA contracts to be communicated formally <via fax> to customers 1 month ahead.
Collaborating with stakeholders such as Operations, Sales, Contracts and Accounting departments to ensure All preventative maintenance are valid. Interacting with customers and company sales and/or service representatives to handle reservations.
Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with partners to optimize customers’, programs’, and other business partners’ experience Performing all Month-End tasks for all assigned customers, including warranties.
Researching and resolving all customer billing inquiries (phone and email) timely.
Capturing thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and reporting standards of all aspects.
Maintaining records in an organized manner and files/archives documents to ensure appropriate access while maintaining confidentiality.
Performing assigned tasks in compliance with internal controls and policies .

You are the right fit if;
Bachelor’s degree relevant majors
High Volume Consumer Collections experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in call center
Experience in Billing and Invoicing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Contract Management or equivalent
Minimum 2+ years of experience in call center.
Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare sector experience is strong asset.
Strong technical experience with Excel, including, but not limited to: MS Office.
High aptitude to learn new programs, system integrations, and business processes
Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic with proven track record of accuracy, dependability and consistency
Must be able to think independently, multitask, have strong problem-solving skills, and have a continuous improvement mentality
Ability to gain the cooperation of others in pursuit of company goals
Fluent in English in addition to local language

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
