Job Details

Talent Management: 



  • Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media). 



  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. 



  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers. 



  • Maintain talent pool of potential candidates in the market received through recruitment platforms such as walk-ins, career pages, referrals, and job fairs 



Onboarding and Offboarding: 



  • Prepare onboarding materials, welcome packages, and orientation schedules for new hires. 



  • Facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork and training. 



  • Manage exit processes. 



General Administrative Support: 



  • Organize HR meetings, manage scheduling, and take meeting minutes as needed. 



  • Manage the HR department’s inventory and order supplies as necessary. 



Training and Development: 




  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars for employee development Handle logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and communication with trainers
