Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Marsa Alam for a Commission Sales Associate. Responsibilities include identifying and contacting potential clients, promoting investment opportunities, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Knowledge of client relationship management and customer service principles Ability to work independently and handle client interactions professionally Familiarity with the tourism and investment sectors is a plus Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Fluency in relevant languages and excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
