Qualifications Strong Clerical Skills, including managing records, scheduling, and maintaining documentation Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and external contacts Experience in Company Secretarial Work, such as managing compliance documentation and supporting governance processes Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and multitasking in a corporate environment Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
