Company Description PRIME HRG Developments, a leading developer creating breathtaking projects along the stunning Red Sea in Hurghada, Egypt, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Projects Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to delivery.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hurghada for a Projects Manager. The Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all project operations to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to final handover. Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, KPIs, and submit regular executive reports to top management. Supervise and manage all activities of the Technical Office team Control project budgets, monitor cash flow, and ensure cost efficiency Conduct technical evaluation of contractors and subcontractors Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical documentation in coordination with contractors. Mentor and guide project teams to achieve high performance and accountability Maintain project documentation, contracts, and records. Oversee project handovers, final inspections, and post-project evaluations Coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors Ensure on-time project handover.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.15–20 years of experience in construction / real estate development Proven experience managing large-scale residential or commercial projects Strong knowledge of Primavera, Auto CAD, and Revit software. Solid background in technical office management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities PMP certification is a plus.
