Company Description A leading industrial manufacturer of steel structures and plate work, established over 40 years ago, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Operating from our primary facility in El Obour City, Egypt, we serve the Middle East and Africa with high-quality infrastructure solutions. With established regional hubs and warehouses, we serve a broad and growing customer base throughout the Gulf region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in El Obour. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes for both white-collar professionals (engineering, administration, management) and blue-collar technical staff (manufacturing, laborers, technicians). This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across all levels of the organization. The role also involves developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to meet diverse recruitment needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The position plays an integral role in strengthening the organization’s talent acquisition and retention strategies on both the corporate and factory floors. Qualifications Proven experience managing full-life cycle recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in interviewing and hiring techniques tailored to different levels of seniority and technical expertise. Understanding of Employer Branding and its application in recruitment strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
