Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Intune & SCCM Support Engineer to manage and support our endpoint
management environment. The ideal candidate must have handson experience with Microsoft Intune and
SCCM and be fluent in German or French to support EMEA users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Intune and SCCM.
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, profiles, and app deployments.
- Administer SCCM (OSD, software updates, patching, reporting, etc.).
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues across Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Support EMEA users in German or French.
- Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in modernization projects (Comanagement, Autopilot, etc.).
- Maintain technical documentation and KB articles.
