We are seeking a Customer Services Specialist to support the daily flow of container trucking operations. This role is the starting point of each transport cycle—ensuring orders are entered correctly, shared with operations, and executed smoothly
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update shipment orders on Oracle OTM and track execution with fleet, clearance, and other internal teams.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, updating them on order status and resolving routine issues.
- Coordinate with pricing and collection teams before and after order confirmation.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the system (status updates, documentation, customer information).
- Support internal reporting by providing timely, accurate information.
