We’re looking for a passionate Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient electrical and automation operations across our factory.
Key Responsibilities : Execute preventive maintenance (PM) plans and routine inspections Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize downtime Perform PLC/HMI diagnostics and programming to support continuous and reliable plant operations Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures Monitor and report maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, PM compliance) Maintain accurate records in SAP/CMMS (work orders, spare parts, downtime) Support spare parts planning and critical spare identification Participate in CAPEX projects (installation, commissioning, handover) Contribute to energy-saving initiatives Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards (LOTO/PTW)
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Control / Mechatronics preferred)3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance (FMCG preferred ) Strong knowledge of industrial control panels, wiring standards, PLC & HMI troubleshooting Experience with SAP PM / CMMS systems Solid understanding of industrial electrical safety standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive, accountable, and able to work under pressure Team player with effective communication skills
