Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Freight Forwarding Specialist. The specialist will handle daily forwarding operations, manage export coordination, and ensure seamless freight transportation. They will support customer service by addressing shipping inquiries, collaborating with logistics partners, and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge in Freight Forwarding, Freight Transportation, and logistics coordination Competence in Forwarding and Export operations Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations Proven organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple shipments and schedules Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and regulatory compliance Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred Familiarity with the furniture or retail industry is a plus
