Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist located in Smart Village. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving online sales by managing customer inquiries, conducting effective communication, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Key responsibilities include promoting products and services, processing online orders, managing customer accounts, tracking sales, and delivering excellent customer service to meet sales goals and foster customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication with the ability to address customer inquiries effectively Proficiency in Sales and Online Marketing to actively promote and sell products and services online Experience in providing Training and support to guide customers through their journey Excellent English level.
