Job Details

  • Manage and maintain employee personnel files and ensure all documents are complete and updated.
  • Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and termination documents.
  • Handle social insurance procedures and labor office documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Prepare monthly payroll data and coordinate with the finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal company policies.
  • Issue HR letters (employment certificates, salary letters, etc.).
  • Handle employee inquiries related to personnel matters.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
