Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Supervisor to oversee the academic quality of the branch in Ismailia. The role involves supervising instructors, conducting demo sessions, monitoring performance, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality English instruction in alignment with the academy’s standards. Key Responsibilities:Conduct and evaluate demo sessions for new instructors. Supervise, observe, and assess instructors regularly. Monitor instructors’ performance and provide structured feedback. Develop performance improvement plans when needed. Train and onboard newly hired instructors. Ensure proper implementation of curriculum and teaching methodologies. Review lesson plans and teaching materials to maintain academic standards. Track students’ progress and ensure overall teaching effectiveness. Prepare performance reports and submit regular updates to management. Lead periodic meetings with instructors to discuss performance and development. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification is required. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an English Instructor. Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred. Strong classroom management and academic evaluation skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities. Ability to train and develop teaching staff effectively.
