Job Purpose: We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in improving production efficiency, quality, and process performance.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives Monitor production performance and ensure compliance with quality standards Support new product/process introductions and industrialization activities Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment from 0 to 2 Years. Strong knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement tools Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing is a plus
