At Auto Plast, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team and help us continue our global expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a work team consisting of three departments, Marketing, Local Sales and Export Sales Duties and Responsibilitiesleading the development of strategic plans for comprehensive local and international marketing and sales operations and long-term growth Prepare sales forecasts, establish targets in areas such as sales volume, market share or business development and monitor the performance of the company against these goals. Identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across the business activities. Create and implement internal and external product marketing campaigns, including pricing strategies and identifying target markets. Manage the finances of business operations by monitoring costs and profits, developing budgets, and negotiating contracts. Plan and arrange trade shows, conventions and other events to promote the company's products. Conducting local and international market analysis and research to identify new job opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field10-15 years of commercial management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and interpret data-driven insights.
