Reservation & Ticketing Agent ==> Location: Mansoura.
Job Description:- Book and quote airfare using Amadeus GDS - Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets (full & partial) - Manage ticketing deadlines and cancellations - Review and apply airline penalties accurately - Process payments and maintain booking records
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in reservation systems - Proficiency in Amadeus (Refund & Reissue experience is a must) - Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent - Strong communication & interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Knowledge of fare rules and airline regulations - Team player with the ability to work independently.
