Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dokki for a Learning and Development Specialist. The role involves designing and delivering effective training programs, managing learning initiatives, and developing instructional materials to support employee development. The specialist will also work closely with team members to provide coaching, monitor progress, and enhance communication skills across the organization.
