Material Requirements Planning Engineer (MRP) Calculate the MRP and accordingly the PRs for the local and imported material concerning supplier LT and EOQ/MOQMust to have experience at Steel Fabrication and galvanization Validating the MRP inputs (BOM, PR’s, PO's & routings) on the ERP. Continuous Coordination and follow-up for the upstream pipeline & the supply plan sustainability with the procurement and logistics teams. Take necessary actions to cope with any updates and changes in the downstream (production and sales plan). Develop material planning strategies for ordering modules, order quantities, reorder points, safety stocks, and supply lead times aligned with the overall organization’s directions and strategies Periodically review all planning parameters which generate, affect requirements ordering policy, and procedure with all concerned parties, and provide practical solutions if those parameters are not fitting with the company’s general strategy, directions Follow up on stock records and make sure it’s within the targets to improve stock utilization increase productivity and stock value decrease. Must to have experience at Steel Fabrication and galvanization interested to work at Ain Sokhna Elsewedy Watanya Factory.
Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, Machine Power Engineering, & Mechatronics. Years of Experience 3 to 5. Experience in Steel Fabrication and Galvanization is must. Very Good English Level.
