Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent position based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, negotiating and finalizing deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values. You will provide exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships, conduct property viewings, and assist in the preparation of contracts and documentation.
Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and proven knowledge of real estate practices and laws Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients Understanding of Real Estate and Real Property management, including pricing, marketing, and identifying market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with the real estate market in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and surrounding areas is a plus Proficiency in property-related software and tools is an advantage
