Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Ticketing Agent supporting US - Irish accounts. The Ticketing Agent will handle ticket reservations and sales, providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. The role also includes effectively managing customer interactions via multiple channels to meet company service and sales objectives.
Qualifications:Strong skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities Sales experience and the ability to meet targets Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site team environment Background in travel industry or experience in ticketing systems is a plus
