Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Marketing & Growth Manager, based in Qesm 1st 6 October with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role includes developing and executing marketing strategies to foster business growth, overseeing market research to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals. The Manager will also manage growth initiatives, analyze key performance metrics, and optimize marketing and sales activities to drive revenue expansion and capture new markets.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to assess market trends and determine marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven experience in sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth and customer engagement. Project management expertise to oversee marketing campaigns, initiatives, and cross-departmental projects. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools to track performance and measure success. Prior experience in B2B marketing, growth strategies, or water industry sectors is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
