What You Will Do Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide input on financial forecasts and projections.
Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, promoting their professional development.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Accountant, preferably within e-commerce or technology companies.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems; Oracle experience is highly preferred.
Certification in IFRS, or solid practical knowledge and application of IFRS standards.
