  • Create detailed technical millwork take-offs and proposals based on architects’ and designers’ sketches and specifications.
  • Prepare and estimate budget costs by studying project plans and technical drawings.
  • Develop and submit bids for architectural millwork projects.
  • Apply material specifications and collect quotations from vendors and suppliers to prepare accurate budgets and proposals.
  • Prepare detailed take-offs and BOQs based on project drawings and specifications.
  • Utilize Planswift, On-Screen Takeoff, or Bluebeam for accurate quantity surveying.
  • Ensure all measurements align with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Review architectural and construction drawings to extract necessary technical data.
  • Apply construction and millwork best practices when estimating costs.
  • Collaborate with architects, production managers, and engineering teams as needed.
  • Maintain strong time management practices to meet deadlines with high-quality output.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication in English with internal and external stakeholders.
