Purpose of the job

Handling all Payroll duties of OEG employees

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Handle all the monthly payroll payments for all employees ( Locals , Expats & Handicapped )
  2. Apply bank accounts for new hired employees as well as many changes in employees bank Accounts every month before issuing the payroll.
  3. Modify & adjust Salaries, Allowances as well as their social insurance amounts for promoted employees
  4. Responsible for the Bonus payout .
  5. Modify & adjust Salaries as well as their social insurance amounts for salary increase
  6. Modify & adjust social insurance amounts at Jan & July every year
  7. Issue the payroll memos every month to the Finance department
  8. Transfer the salaries of the employees every month to the banks
  9. Run prepayments at the system every month
  10. Prepare Dashboard reports
  11. Calculate the entitlements of resigned employees ( Locals and Orange Services ).
  12. Issue HR letters & Court Order Letters.
  13. Prepare the reconciliation on a monthly bases ( Locals , Expats , Handicapped and Orange Services ).
  14. Handle all monthly payroll documentations
  15. Provide support and advise to employees regarding payroll issues .

Education

  1. University graduate from a recognized university.
  2. Advanced studies in HR are an asset.

Experience

  1. Minimum 4 years of solid experience, 2 of which in a relevant role

Skills and abilities

  1. Good English both spoken and written
  2. Very good computer skills.
  3. Very strong communication, converstaion & negoatiating skills
  4. Highly customer oriented with the ability to influence internal customers and address their needs
  5. Strong problem solving and decision making ability
  6. Quality focus and result oriented.
