We are looking for an experienced Senior - Mid level Odoo Implementer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing client needs, delivering high-quality Odoo implementations, and supporting successful digital transformation projects. If you are passionate about ERP systems, client engagement, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.

  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation.

  
  

• Strong understanding of Odoo modules.

  
  

• Experience in providing user support and training.

  
  

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  
  

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

  
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Odoo system analysis for assigned clients and prepare analysis documents for review by managers and customers.

  
  

• Participate in planning assigned projects.

  
  

• Prepare development tasks in documented form and ensure tasks are completed with high quality and on time.

  
  

• Prepare client master data and historical data, and upload them accurately and timely.

  
  

• Deliver Odoo systems to clients according to gathered requirements and agreed-upon plans.

  
  

• Provide training for different teams to professionally use the delivered system.

  
  

• Perform support tasks for delivered systems.

  
  

• Assist the sales team in demos and proof of concept activities.

  
  

• Continuously upgrade professional and technical skills.

  
  

• Support and mentor junior implementers in their daily tasks.
  

  
  

Working Hours: 
-9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday
-Weekend: Friday & Saturday
