This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is a marketing software platform that empowers brands to control and design their product catalogs at scale. They work with leading apparel brands including Nike, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, and Fashion Nova, as well as agencies and e-commerce businesses globally. Their free feed management product offers ~90% of competitor features, helping brands optimize product data across all major advertising channels.

Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST


Role Overview


This role owns the end-to-end management and optimization of product data feeds across multiple advertising platforms. You’ll act as the dedicated feed expert within the Design Strategy team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment with paid media goals.


You’ll work closely with paid media buyers, internal teams, and enterprise clients to build scalable feed solutions, resolve complex data issues, and proactively improve feed performance across channels like Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, and more.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage the full lifecycle of product feed setup, optimization, and maintenance


  • Configure and manage feed pipelines connecting e-commerce platforms to ad channels


  • Troubleshoot missing attributes, data errors, disapprovals, and performance issues


  • Optimize product data (titles, descriptions, categories, images, attributes)


  • Build feed rules, custom labels, and segmentation logic to support paid media strategy


  • Oversee integrations with Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalogs, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms


  • Conduct regular feed audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with platform requirements


  • Support enterprise clients with feed-related technical inquiries


  • Collaborate with paid media buyers and internal teams to improve performance and share best practices


What You Bring


Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product feed management, e-commerce advertising, or digital marketing


  • Experience working in an agency or SaaS environment is a plus


  • Experience supporting enterprise or high-volume e-commerce accounts


Skills
  • Hands-on experience with feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, Marpipe or similar)


  • Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalogs, and paid media feed requirements


  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and optimization


  • Strong understanding of paid media buyer workflows and feed dependencies


  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (client-facing level)


  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple feeds simultaneously


  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex feed issues
