Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist based in Benha, Egypt. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards. The role includes administering and improving existing HR programs, supporting talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and advising on workplace policies and practices. The position requires collaboration with various departments to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field CIPD or equivalent HR certification is a plus Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions including recruitment, workforce planning, and employee relations Experience with HR Management and implementation of HR policies Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration practices Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to address workplace issues and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
