- Responsible for managing the production departments (injection and filling).

- Preparing the monthly production plan for the injection and filling departments.

- Responsible for guiding the production team and its departments to achieve the budgeted production targets while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

- Monitoring the implementation of the production plan, including order forecasting, production scheduling, and material handling.

- Ensuring that all machines are operating at full capacity and utilized effectively with the production engineers.

- Controlling the smooth operation of core manufacturing processes.

- Ensuring that the production team maintains the production flow as outlined in the production plan.

- Responsible for overall control of production requirements and issues (job sequencing, timetable updates, inventory control, quality control, health and safety issues, and monitoring the maintenance of production equipment in collaboration with maintenance personnel or contractors).

- Coordinating with production engineers on the management of production staff, including scheduling their work, disciplinary procedures, identifying their training needs, and developing their professional advancement.

- Monitoring and reviewing daily production reports. - Determine the quantity of raw materials and production requirements according to the production plan.

- Monitor the implementation of the production plan and follow up on all production procedures to ensure they are carried out according to standards and on time to achieve production targets, in coordination with other departments.

- Ensure that the Procurement Department is informed of any changes to the production plans to ensure the provision of the necessary quantities of raw materials.

- Meet all quality requirements for production inputs and follow up with the Quality Department to maintain consistent quality.

- Prepare daily and annual labor requirements according to the production plan.

- Work on product development as agreed upon with company management.

- Follow up daily on production reports with the production engineers.

- Ensure that the team adheres to industrial safety and security measures.

- Effectively implement and manage all production activities.

- Review production requirements for raw materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies in coordination with the Procurement and Warehousing Departments.

- Maintain efficient workflow to achieve management objectives through the production team.

- Train and supervise production engineers to produce the required quantities on time and to the required quality standards. - Supervising production engineers and ensuring their performance meets standards.
