Type: Full-Time | On-site Misr El Kheir Foundation is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Account Manager to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in expanding our impact through building strong partnerships, managing strategic accounts, and identifying new business and funding opportunities aligned with the foundation’s mission and strategic goals.
???? Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts and partners. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new funding and business development opportunities to achieve targets. Develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to partner needs. Deliver professional presentations to senior decision-makers. Track and report progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives. Represent MEK at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. Contribute to innovative fundraising campaigns across the organization.
???? Who We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Strong B2B sales and relationship management background. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-oriented with strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset. Passionate about social impact and purpose-driven work. Excellent command of English. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
