Role Description This full-time, on-site role of Business Development Specialist is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day duties include analyzing market trends, initiating and maintaining communication with potential clients, collaborating with the team to meet business goals, and ensuring superior customer service delivery to all stakeholders.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain client relationships Experience in Lead Generation and expertise in identifying new business opportunities Proficiency in Market Research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs Strong Customer Service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships Proficiency in CRM tools and sales/marketing software (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in business development or sales
