Role Description

Souhoola is seeking a Sales Employee for a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm 2nd El Mansoura, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Employee will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, and promoting Souhoola’s financial services products. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also contribute to the company's vision of fostering long-term partnerships and expanding financial inclusion.

Qualifications

Sales and Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, retailers, or merchants, and achieving sales targets. Communication and Customer Service: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and negotiation skills to provide excellent service and support diverse customer needs. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer requirements and suggest tailored financial solutions effectively. Adaptability and Organizational Skills: Capability to work in a hybrid environment, manage tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing needs and priorities. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial services systems and tools, as well as understanding of installment and loan products. Prior experience in the financial services or sales industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a strong plus.
