SWATX is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new Technology outsourcing relationships with new & existing key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your primary objective will be to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives while promoting SWATX's offerings.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, working to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients.
Business Growth & Strategy Develop and execute business development strategies to grow managed services, and outsourcing revenue.
Identify new markets, industries, and partnership opportunities aligned with company offerings.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Establish long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Solution & Proposal Development Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored managed services and IT outsourcing services.
Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial offers.
Ensure solutions align with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Market & Competitive Analysis Monitor technology trends, outsourcing models, and competitor offerings.
Provide insights on pricing, delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore), and emerging technologies.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and service portfolio enhancements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT services, and or IT outsourcing .
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of: IT outsourcing and managed services models Cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise IT solutions
