Founder’s Right Hand — AI-Driven E-Commerce & Growth Operator
WHPH Global is a fast-growing technology and e-commerce group operating across multiple consumer brands. We build, launch, and scale digital-first products using advanced AI, high-performance marketing systems, and a lean global team.
This role is a Founder’s Right Hand position — not a corporate silo job. You will work directly with leadership to manage and grow a portfolio of consumer brands. You must excel in a high-autonomy environment and be confident using modern AI tools to operate and scale premium online brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Content Production & Brand Identity
Content Evaluation: Review raw product assets and score them for marketability based on brand positioning and target audience.
AI Enhancements: Use tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana 3.0, Imagine Art, and similar platforms to transform standard product imagery into premium lifestyle photos, cinematic short clips, and high-end hero visuals.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified brand aesthetic across all platforms with a clean, modern, elevated visual identity.
2. Social Media Growth (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat)
Grid & Aesthetic: Build and maintain a polished social feed that projects “premium tech” and modern lifestyle energy.
Daily Micro-Content: Publish 3–5 stories per platform focused on habit-building, product value, healthy routines, and lifestyle framing.
Growth Execution: Implement strategies to drive followers, engagement, conversions, and brand authority.
3. Shopify & E-Commerce Operations
Platform Management: Oversee Shopify, Amazon, and TTS listings—product pages, subscription setups, localisation, and ongoing optimisation.
Tracking Systems: Install, verify, and maintain pixels (TikTok, Meta CAPI, Snapchat) to ensure accurate tracking and clean data pipelines.
Operational Flow: Monitor orders, coordinate with fulfillment partners, and ensure consistent delivery performance.
4. Performance Marketing & Media Buying
Campaign Execution: Launch and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and Amazon with a strong focus on ROAS.
Budget Ownership: Manage a starting performance budget of $1,000+ monthly with strict CPA and LTV objectives.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to iterate fast and scale winning creatives.
5. Influencer & Affiliate Recruitment
Identify and onboard authority creators (e.g., health professionals, niche experts, tech lifestyle influencers).
Manage communication, seeding, product gifting, micro-affiliate deals, and performance tracking.
6. Multi-Project Support
When core workload is light, support additional WHPH Global initiatives through:
Research
AI prompt engineering
Light admin and operational tasks
Creative support
Technical documentation
This role supports the entire ecosystem.
The Selection Process — 1-Day Paid Audition
Final shortlisted candidates will complete a 1-day paid remote audition.
Compensation: 2,500 EGP (paid within 48 hours via Deel).
Audition Tasks
Transform 5 raw product images into a unified, premium AI photoshoot.
Create a 6-post social media grid (IG/TikTok/Snapchat) demonstrating the core app or product value.
Produce 2 short cinematic video ads (Snapchat + TikTok).
Build 2 sample Shopify listings.
Draft a mock paid ads strategy for TikTok/Snapchat.
Identify 3 micro-influencers and write short outreach hooks.
Language: Strong/fluent English.Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce operations, performance marketing, or brand growth roles.Content Creation: Proven ability to create high-converting image/video creatives for direct-response marketing.Technical Skills:Shopify backend, subscription setups, app integrationsPixel setups (TikTok, Meta CAPI, Snapchat)Amazon Seller & Tiktok Seller experienceAI Proficiency: Professional experience using AI tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, Imagine Art, etc.Analytical: Strong understanding of data, attribution, and performance optimization.Agile: Able to manage multiple brands, switch contexts quickly, and operate independently.
