Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute visual design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and mentoring junior designers while collaborating closely with marketing and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative direction of design projects from concept to final execution
Develop and design visual content for digital and print platforms
Ensure brand identity and visual consistency across all materials
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality designs
Review and approve design work to ensure quality and alignment with objectives
Mentor and support junior graphic designers
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in branding, digital marketing, and print design
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to work independently and under pressure

المهام والمسؤوليات:

قيادة وتنفيذ المشاريع التصميمية من الفكرة حتى التسليم النهائي
تصميم المواد البصرية للإعلانات الرقمية والمطبوعة
الحفاظ على الهوية البصرية للعلامة التجارية وتطبيقها بشكل متسق
التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمحتوى والإدارة لتنفيذ الأفكار الإبداعية
مراجعة واعتماد التصاميم النهائية لضمان الجودة والدقة
الإشراف على وتوجيه المصممين الجدد وتطوير مهاراتهم
إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التصميم والأدوات الإبداعية
المؤهلات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل)
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي
امتلاك ملف أعمال (Portfolio) قوي ومتنوع
إتقان برامج التصميم مثل Adobe Photoshop وIllustrator وInDesign
خبرة في تصميم الهوية البصرية والإعلانات
معرفة جيدة بالطباعة والألوان وتنسيق العناصر
