Job Details

  • ● Manage daily office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and staff.

  • ● Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • ● Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • ● Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • ● Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • ● Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and documentation.
  • ● Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • ● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
