Our services include manual valve reconditioning (up to 52”, 30,000 psi), control valve reconditioning (up to 24”, 30,000 psi), online valve repair and calibration, shell and tube heat exchanger repair and re-tubing, as well as hydrostatic and pneumatic testing. Additionally, we perform flanges refacing to ensure proper functionality of industrial equipment. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lathe Operator located at our 10th of Ramadan facility. The Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines, interpreting technical and engineering drawings, and ensuring precise machining of materials. Daily tasks will include inspecting, measuring, and maintaining quality standards in machining processes while collaborating with team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Machine Operation and Milling Ability to read and interpret Technical and Engineering Drawings Experience in Maintenance of equipment and machinery Attention to detail and ability to adhere to quality specifications Technical or vocational education in machining or engineering fields is preferred Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
