  • Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including stock control, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and distribution teams to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
  • Implement and enforce safety, security, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate warehouse staff performance, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and returns using warehouse management systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within warehouse operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer and production demands.
  • Manage the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges for management review.
