This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led home décor company operating at scale across direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, and major retail partners. What began as a small operation has grown into a vertically integrated business with in-house manufacturing, omnichannel distribution, and a data-driven approach to launching new product categories. The company is known for moving quickly, creating trends rather than following them, and rewarding ownership, initiative, and results.

Role Overview


The Influencer Marketing Manager will own and scale the entire influencer marketing function, transforming it from a fragmented, ad hoc effort into a structured, revenue-driving growth channel. This role is responsible for building creator partnerships, executing coordinated campaigns, tracking ROI, and collaborating closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, Paid Media, and Leadership.


Key Responsibilities


Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management
  • Identify, vet, and recruit 50+ qualified creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon, with a strong focus on nano and micro influencers


  • Build and maintain a segmented creator database by tier, platform, content category, engagement benchmarks, and historical performance


  • Develop long-term relationships with top-performing creators through personalized outreach and partnership structures


  • Manage inbound creator inquiries, negotiations, contracts, and compensation models


  • Onboard new creators with contracts, product seeding coordination, creative briefs, brand guidelines, and logistics


Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Design and execute seasonal influencer campaigns aligned with marketing priorities and product launches


  • Coordinate 25–50 influencers per month in synchronized posting windows to maximize reach and impact


  • Build and maintain monthly influencer calendars aligned with broader marketing initiatives


  • Create standardized creative briefs, shot lists, and content guidelines


  • Manage deliverables, posting schedules, approvals (when required), and usage rights


  • Launch and manage structured pilot programs across new platforms, retail initiatives, and marketplaces


Platform-Specific Program Development
  • Build and scale influencer programs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, and emerging platforms


  • Test and optimize platform-specific strategies, including short-form video, evergreen content, live commerce, and marketplace programs


  • Coordinate and schedule live streaming events to drive real-time engagement and conversion


  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities


Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Implement tracking using promo codes, affiliate links, and attribution windows


  • Build and maintain performance dashboards covering reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, revenue, and ROAS


  • Deliver monthly performance recaps with insights and optimization recommendations


  • Track creator-level performance to identify VIP ambassadors and long-term partnerships


  • Flag high-performing content for paid amplification and marketing reuse


  • Provide ROI reporting and attribution summaries to leadership


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing and E-Commerce teams on strategy, budget direction, product selection, and campaign planning


  • Collaborate with Creative on content standards and UGC reuse for paid ads, email, and website


  • Coordinate with Paid Media on amplification and retargeting strategies


  • Share creator feedback with Product teams


  • Report progress, insights, and growth plans to leadership


Program Operations & Optimization
  • Build and maintain influencer trackers, partnership rosters, and posting calendars


  • Manage contract tracking, deliverables, and content usage rights


  • Coordinate product seeding logistics and inventory workflows


  • Organize and maintain UGC asset libraries


  • Document processes and build scalability frameworks for future team growth


Strategic Initiatives
  • Develop quarterly roadmaps for program growth and channel expansion


  • Identify long-term ambassador opportunities and exclusive partnerships


  • Build frameworks for retail-specific influencer programs


  • Support integration of new brands into the influencer ecosystem


  • Test and refine advanced compensation and incentive models


Qualifications


Experience
  • 2–4+ years managing influencer programs for e-commerce, lifestyle, or home décor brands


  • Proven experience scaling influencer programs from small creator groups to 50+ active partnerships


  • Demonstrated success driving measurable ROI through performance-based influencer programs


  • Experience with influencer platforms such as AspireIQ, Grin, Upfluence, or similar tools


  • Experience with marketplace or live commerce programs preferred


Skills
  • Deep expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, Facebook, and Pinterest


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume creator partnerships


  • Knowledge of contracts, FTC compliance, usage rights, and compensation structures


  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking engagement, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and revenue


  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills


  • Ability to work independently, build structure from ambiguity, and drive initiatives end to end


  • Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, attribution models, and tracking frameworks


  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
